It speeds connectorization by stripping the cable jacket, stripping back, and beveling the outer conductor on hardline cables, plus coring the dielectric - 4 functions in one operation. The tool strips the aluminum sheath without scoring. It features a one-piece blade with perfectly aligned cutting edges and self-aligning guide sleeve. The blade leaves a beveled outer conductor edge that eliminates O-ring damage, minimizing water migration. Recessed threads molded into the tool body allow an easy JCS jacket stripper attachment. The SCT-875-ALU stripping and coring tool can be operated manually, or having removed the handle, you can use it with a 3/8" variable speed power drill. Color-coded GRAY.
