DOA Policy: In the rare and unfortunate event that you receive a perished fish, please contact us within one (1) hour of delivery including two clear pictures of the specimen. Please include one picture of the fish in the unopened bag and one of the fish on a napkin or paper towel. Pictures can be sent to us directly via eBay messages. Failure to comply with this process may result in no refund. You will receive a full refund of only the fish minus the shipping costs OR a replacement fish.Due to the nature of this being a live animal, your fish may not look identical to the image provided.
