It contains the historical and legal exposition, probably by the heirs of Gabriel Amart related with Haciendas in Peru, which were taken from José de Rozas. José de Rozas y Meléndez de la Cueva (Lima 1665- Madrid 1722), Count of Castelblanco, son of a wealthy Peruana of Spanish descendant, and captain General of the Real Audiencia of Guatemala. The case is accounted in the book “Early Bourbon Spanish America: Politics and Society in a forgotten Era (1700-1759)” published May 2013.
