Description: This set of books is in generally very good conditon. The binding is strong and all pages are clean and intact. This is a pre-owned antiquarian book produced during the Civil War Era, and does show some signs of age, storage, or pre-ownership. The outer hardcovers are both in very attractive antique condition, but do show significant scuffing and some minor fading. The books have both name plates and stamps from precious owners as well as a small handwritten not inside each on the title page, but otherwise, there is no writing, highlighting, or underlining, and the pages are in excellent shape with little to no age-spotting or other noteworthy flaws.
