Description: This is a thick, heavy, glass paperweight from the 1901 Pan-American Exposition, Buffalo, NY featuring the Machinery & Transportation Building. This paperweight measures about 4 1/8”long x 2 5/8”wide x1 1/8”thick and it was made by Empire Art Co., New York. It is in really good condition, the color is great and there are no chips or cracks. There are a couple of imperfections/bubbles(last pic) in the glass that have been there since it was made. This particular paperweight is unique because of how thick it is. I have another just like it but it is only 13/16” thick. This would make a great addition to your collection. Please look over the pictures and ask questions before bidding.
