Description: Front cover has a minor closed-tear near the center-bottom, along with some noticeable creases at the left side. These "cover creases" continue prominently for about the first 8-9 pages of the book. Inside pages are slightly age-toned and contain some creases, pencil markings / writing, small spot stains and the occasional underlining or dog-eared corner. Additionally there are a few pages with a closed-tear, not affecting any text. Stapled binding is tight, with all pages firmly attached. See photos.
