Measuring about 3-1/2" in length, ribbon is marked "9th ANNUAL SESSION ~ STATE COUNCIL OF MICHIGAN ~ JR. O.U.A.M. ~ FLINT MAY 13, 1933 - dangle crest is stamped with the JR. O.U.A.M. symbol as shown, made by the ST. LOUIS BUTTON CO. - pin back is complete with simple bar and pin loop closure. Condition is very nice with no damage other than a bit of wrinkling to the ribbon from storage and faint age related wear. Nice addition to any collection or display!
