Description: These bills have been sitting in my storage for over 20 years. They almost look, feel, and sound like they just came out of the bank. The bill engine in 11 is the one with the misprint. The seal is higher than it should be along with the 12 in the bottom right corner, causing it to overlap with C11. Additionally, the bill was not cut straight, this resulting in a shorter frame at the bottom compared to the top.
