1976 Mattel Space 1999 Eagle One Spaceship

Description: PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE. For sale is a complete Mattel Eagle One Spacecraft. Seller refurbished and in excellent condition. (this toy was produced almost 50 years ago). No cracks or structural defects with the main body and cockpit.The rear spring loaded clip that released the rear engine section is completely missing - but it does not affect the stability of the rear reactors. Everything is held snuggly together. The Eagle Command Module & Hatch, Main Cabin Body, 4 Cabin Windows, Large and Small Landing Feet and Small Engine Bells & Top Trussing are all vintage and original parts. The ship's exterior has been cleaned and painted by seller. The interior does show some discoloration and glue stains. This is common in these toys, and is impossible to clean & paint without disassembling and ruining the main body. The top trussing will need to be fastened in the middle section only with included hardware, or glued on if desired. Also included are new reproduction stickers that the buyer can cut and apply. This provides the option for the buyer to customize or perform additional detail painting if desired.
