Inseam measures 31 inches, pants outseam measures 45.5 inches, the waist measures up to 31 inches, and hips measure up to 38 inches. The size tag reads US size 40 and fit like a mens size small (may fit a little smaller than today's sizes in the waist and hips) and we have given measurements because sizing varies from garment to garment.
