Winnebago sold the camper new as a 1998 Winnebago Rialta RC model. I have the original build sheet from Winnebago showing it as a 1998. . It has the barrel seat by the entry door along with the dining table that flips out of the side. there is also a stowaway factory dining table under the bed that will go in the back for another seating/table area. See photos for both dining table options included. - VR6- 2.8L 74,501 miles- this is the 12 valve motor that you can run regular unleaded with no problem. 4 Speed Automatic in perfect condition just serviced new fluid filter and gasket. - Self contained- you can hook up at a campsite or you can Boondock off the grid.- excellent engine and transmission very smooth very quiet. drives down the road smooth and quiet. - Service and maintenance items completed, see the following list. - Tune up 59k miles - spark plugs, fuel filter , oil and filter, air and cabin filter. $683.90 Refilled with german FEBI Transmission fluid. The mileage was written on the transmission pan along with the date. It is recommended to change the transmission fluid every 20,000 miles or under extreme conditions change it sooner. - Transmission Cooler equipped- just had a transmission service. Mobil 1 Synthetic oil change and a Mann Filter. Coolant Exchange- refilled with proper pink Volkswagen coolant. They are both working excellent. the refrigerator is a three-way, which works on propane, 12 V, 120 V. when we leave the campsite, we switch over to 12 V so everything stays cool until you get to the next campsite then you switch back over to 120 V. - 2 burner propane cooktop, kitchen sink with hot and cold water. bathroom has hot and cold water. Outdoor shower has hot and cold water. - Hot water works as it should off the coolant and 120 V. No plumbing leaks all plumbing works as it should, including outdoor shower. - Professionally replaced skylight, shower, fan, and toilet. No leaks or staining. No soft areas. - Roof vent and toilet replace- 7/2024- $2540.00 Skylight - $1050.00 - Factory carpet in great shape. all wooden cabinets and nice shape as well. - all interior lighting appliances, exterior lighting, clearance lights, back up lights, tag lights, signal lights, horn defroster, power windows, all working as they should. - Both mattresses have covers and memory foam toppers, sheets and new pillows. All sheets, blankets have been washed and ready to use. - Plates, knives, forks, toilet paper, paper towels, and starter chemical supply included. The camper is currently winterized with the pink RV antifreeze so it is protected. - Continental Tires all 4 @ 59k miles $1059.19 - The generator has 74 hours on it. It is in as-is condition the starter spins, but does not start. General NP-30G they are loud anyway we just used it plugged in at the campsite.I’m sure with a new starter and a new carburetor that generator will run just fine but at this point it does not. - All three air conditioners and all three heating systems are working. The factory Volkswagen – air conditioning (new compressor) - $634.04 and heat/defrost works well. The AC above the drivers and passenger seat is working as it should. The rooftop AC is working as it should. it has heat from the vehicle, it has a propane heater and it has a ceramic 120 V heater. - New sway bar bushings and fuel pump- 9/2022 67k miles- $1004.96 - New muffler- 11/2024- $350.00 the rest of the exhaust system is in perfect shape. - NEW- upgraded belt tensioner pulley, replace the original plastic pulley with the metal pulley by gates along with a new serpentine belt. - Back up Camera- wireless. Very clear And very useful. - Rear airbag levelers in working condition. - Scan gauge 2 mounted on the dash. this monitors the transmission temperature the engine, water, temperature and many other functions. - when plugged in to 120 V at a campsite or using the adapter at your home. The camper will charge the batteries and run all functions. - All interior bulbs were changed to warm LED bulbs. They are not stark white. They are warm and comfortable. - Ceramic heater included. This is used at a campsite to conserve propane for cooking. - brand new smart TV Included with free channel antenna. - Dash mounted factory stereo- New City water hook up professionally installed along with a new city water freshwater hose. It has leveling blocks of wood in the trunk. with some extra RV antifreeze and some extra oil, transmission, fluid, coolant, jack and lug wrench. it has a spare tire underneath. - Repair and maintenance receipts, including the original owners manuals included. - the right side, a pillar interior molding/trim is cracked as they all do. the driver side has been repaired, but was formally cracked. the seats and carpet are in good shape no rips or tears in the fabric. there is no rust or rust out on the camper. The water tank level gauge is now faulty , which does not hinder the operation of the camper. You just can’t check the gauge levels at this point from the panel. It is only four screws to replace used. It is $300 – $500. On the Rialta owners group of America there is a gentleman that rebuilds them for $50. You have to send it to him and he sends it back with 100% success.. that’s the way to go, but it will take three week turnaround.On Nov-30-24 at 12:10:36 PST, seller added the following information: update on the tank monitor. someone told me to clean the contacts and they are most likely corroded from age. I cleaned two contacts tank number one and tank number two the generator button and the pump button all are working. To do a proper cleaning you need baking soda and distilled water. I will update in the morning with the results. So you might be able to disregard my previous description saying the tank monitor does not work as 75% of it is now working perfectly. 😀
