Description: Here for sale is a lovely 19th century eating dish. Made from tin glazed pottery, it is marked on the backside with a rooster makers mark, so I believe this to be Cantigalli, Italian magolica. It is painted with a lovely floral pattern scattered throughout the front all the way to the edge rim. Pretty colors of green , blue, and yellow. The dish measures 8 1/4 inches across. Has normal fretting or wear around the edges, and has a few light scratches or glaze crackling as expected from age and use. I have seen other pieces with this same pattern sell for much more !!! Very pretty !!!! Buyer pays shipping.
