Description: 2 count , Cereus Peruvianus (night blooming cereus , Peruvian apple cactus cuttings 6-8 inches tall. The cuttings are top cuttings and will be freshly cut upon purchase. Upon delivery, please allow cactus ends to dry out and callus in a shaded area for 4-7 days before planting in a pot or in ground. Use well draining soil with sand and perlite, preferably cactus blend although I have grown this well established cactus for 30 years in hard clay desert soil (zone 9 Southern California ). Plant callused cactus in dry soil and do not water for 3-4 weeks until roots are established. Once roots are established, it can be watered every 2- 4 weeks. Fertilize once a month in the Spring/Fall season. Please see photos.
