INC, NY, NY These packages are in excellent condition - LOOK MINT These pieces are not tested. These two pieces have a Hills Department store sticker on. They closed in 1999, nationally. ONE (1) gently used unbranded, made in China HALLOWEEN Lite This one as you can see is in working condition. It does not give a full blink, just a dimming, on and off.
