Description: Alexander Mcqueen Fall/Winter 2006 “Widows of Colloden” Grey Pinstripe Herringbone Wool Bubble Hem Kilt Skirt size IT 46 or approximately a Us size 10-12/Large. As seen on the runway as part of Look Number 23. The bubble hem kilted skirt was also seen in a tartan variation. Alexander McQueen Gray Wool Pinstripe Bubble Hem Skirt done in gorgeous Italian wool fabric which is accented by the multitude of details. The wool is a mixture of black, white, grey and red threading. The “high-low” asymmetrical hemline is perfectly pleated and playfully falls to a bubble hem in the front. The pleats repeat in the back in a classic, mid-length skirt shape. The chevron pinstripes are a lovely accent given depth by single red threading throughout. An oversized rhinestone detailed safety pin (removable) gives this skirt a nod to the kilt and it zips with an overlapping hook and eye enclosure at the side. In very good pre-loved condition.
