The front rims/tires are so close together and narrow that their is NO way to pull a tractor with a chain or tow strap forward, and when its time to chain one down for hauling, where do you run your front strap? or chain? again NO where to put it that doesn't take off paint!! This bracket simply mounts to the front frame rail with the same size bolts in the front frame rail, the one shown in the photos is simply mounted with the front frame rail bolts shown. it is a heavy duty steel bracket!! it is in raw steel, unpainted unprimered condition and ready for you to primer and paint.
