Description: Gorgeous ORIGINAL Anchor Hocking Pink Mayfair Open Rose Cookie Jar with Lid This is a beautiful example of the original Depression Era Mayfair jar. This is not a reproduction. It’s holds the tell tale signs of the 8 sided handle/lid, flattened scroll-like border around the center “V”, and the raised circle on the bottom of the jar. This piece is in very nice condition for its age. There are no cracks present and no significant scratches. There are some small superficial scratches from gentle use. There are two small flea bites along the underside of the lip on the lid that don’t show when the lid is in place. These are show in the pictures. This jar is approximately 7.5” tall and 5.75” wide.
