It is from Baskin & Forester's Illustrated Historical Atlas of St Lagrange & Elkhart County State of Indiana, published in Chicago, 1876. It is a steel plate engraved map with hand coloring. There are 2 maps double sided. It is very well preserved with nice color that would frame up well. Back of the map shows The City of Columbia City Size: The map image measures approximately 17 1/4 by 14 1/2" page with generally a half inch or more all around for framing.Condition: It is in Good or better condition with overall light tonal ageing, basically as seen in the pics. There are some light handling smudges mainly around the margins some stains on either side, some edge damage - there are some frayed edges - the map area is very clean and would frame up well, see the pics for more on condition.
