Description: Antique Cast Iron 1910s Whitall Tatum & Co. Apothecary Scale (Missing Plates) An apothecary scale from old America in great condition. The scale is in working condition and missing only the plates. This is a fabulous apothecary scale made by Whitall and Tatum. This style was produced between 1900 and 1920. It is a great piece of Americana to own. The scale measures approximately 11" long x 3" deep x 7" tall to the needle. It originally had brass plates that sat on each arm, but they are missing. Any 5" plate will be fine if you wanted to have them on there. These are great pieces to decorate with.
