The scene in the center is "Le Poussain Presente a Louis XIII" - artist Nicholas Poussin being presented to King Louis XIII, apparently based on the painting of this subject by Jean-Joseph Ansiaux from 1817. Size: 8.675" in diameter. Mark: impressed "MAU / No 11" on the reverse. Condition: Moderate wear to front and reverse from use. Shipping weight is 2.0 lbs.
