Flanked by a rich deep green, almost black thick velvet woven fabric, back is wrapped in sturdy red linen fabric and hand marked NAPOLEON I 1769-1821. Complete with ring hanger, frame decoration was purchased in France by an avid Napoleon collector. Condition is very nice with no chips, cracks, hairlines, or damage - very minor display and age wear does not detract. Wonderful addition to any home, collection or display!
