Description: Very nice antique pewter charger in great all original patina & condition. This is a very nice example, it is a large size and it has a good mellow patina. It is unmarked, I'm guessing it was made in England in the 1840's. There are initials "S B" stamped into the rim, perhaps this was a previous owner? This is a great size to display a collection, use on your table or place on your fireplace mantle. The diameter is about 16 1/2" and it is 1 1/2" deep. A very nice piece of early pewter.
