Description: For sale is a pretty Rosenthal Blank Pickard China hand painted and signed 8 5/8" scalloped plate. It is hand painted with brilliant red poppy flowers and a gold medallion with heavy gold border and trim. This Pickard factory painted piece is signed by the artist, LEACH. It dates to from 1903 to 1910. The condition is excellent with no chips or cracks. There are very light wear marks in the medallion.
