Description: Such a sweet face! Antique Simon & Halbig 24"' tall beauty. Bisque porcelain head, composite body and limbs. I see no crazing on her beautifully painted face. Ball jointed arms and legs. Sleep eyes that work in unison with a heavy feeling mechanism inside her head. Her limbs appear to be re-strung with stretchy cords. She does not stand up on her own. Her head did not move when I gently tried to turn it, and I didn't want to force it. There is some discoloration of the composite, and some little chips on her fingers and feet. I did not list every single tiny defect here in the description. Please look carefully at all photos for condition. Her strawberry blonde long ringlet wig is not original. The tag says it was made by Mini World, and was tied to her wrist. I removed the tag to take pictures.Her clothing does not appear to be original. She wears an ivory dress with crochet lace detail on the bib, pantaloons, black hose, and shiny black shoes with snap straps. The dress has a small area that has a light stain. It may wash out, but I didn't try to wash it. There is a snagged spot on one of her hose. I was told she has been kept in an enclosed cabinet for the last 30 or so years. No odors. Please message me if you need any more info or photos! I will pack her very securely. Her wig and top cover on her head will be removed so I can stuff her head to secure her eye mechanism.
