Description: This is an unusual piece - Lovely antique appetizer serving tower/stand (still not quite sure the exact purpose or name, but presumably for serving finger foods or pastries) by Tressemann & Vogt (T&V) LIMOGES France. The stand is hand painted with beautiful flowers. It features two connected tiers with lovely bright palette hand painted decorations and gilded rims and accents. Measures: approximately 9.5” W - bottom tier, and 4.5” W - top tier. Condition: wear to gilt on rims, rough areas along the rims, scratches and use related marks, some minor wear to decorations. The dish is marked with the maker's mark used around 1889-1907. All imperfections correspond with the age.
