I am unsure of the age or artist of the piece. The frame was obviously made especially to display this pipe. It is a contemporary reproduction of a traditional pipe. It is constructed of wood and feathers. The frame is also made of solid wood, with a nice glass front and Native accent trim. The front door of the frame latches closed securely.
