Description: Thanks for looking. Offered is a Bing O Gauge 250 Pennsylvania Observation. Operator grade observation car in "good" overall condition. Litho is decent with scratches and play wear present. There are a few dark stains here and there that show up in the right light. Doesn't look to be rust, but something that may have spilled or spattered on it at some point. Body itself is quite straight however. Paint on the roof has flaked off in many spots, but is not dinged or dented. Rear platform is complete with the drumhead in place. Awning is present as well. Trucks are in good shape as are the wheels and axles which are quite clean. Coupler is present as well. Car weighs under 1 pound packed for shipping. I happily combine shipping.
