This TMMS system allows you to mount any blade-tech holster(or perhaps other holsters or pieces of gear with the same hole pattern) to the male insert plate(hardware not included) and then easily slide the male insert into the leg panel where it locks in place. You can remove it from the receiver plate by pulling up on the tab and sliding it out to place it on another receiver plate. This makes swapping your gear from one piece of kit, or belt to another with ease. Also, if you purchase additional male insert plates- you can attach them to several different handgun holsters and easily change your gear from one setup to another without removing pieces from your belt or kit.
