It does not look opened so Im giving you the option to buy it unopened. The OEM box itself sustained minor shipping damage. Two sidewalls of the OEM box have small punctures higher than where the speaker sits. It does not look like the speaker would have been affected. Upon request, we can open and reinforced/repair the OEM box internally to secure the speaker for transport after inspecting the speaker per below. LN This is listed as open box not because the box has been opened, but because it is not New in Box or NIB. It is more like LN, but not really because it has been sold, By LN, we mean the following: The manufacturer seal has not been broken. They have not been sold (new). Their unopened OEM boxes that may have the following issues that that should not impact the function of the speaker: (a) some small dents that would not have made contact with the speaker.
