During favorable weather conditions, we also ship on Wednesday and Thursday. If we notify you that it is too hot or cold to ship and you agree to delay the shipment to you then you agree not to penalize us on eBay for violating the 1-business day or other such shipping timeframe we have listed on eBay. We are always happy to hold your wines in our facility for up to six months to combine your shipments and/or wait for ideal weather.Wine Liability in Transit:We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to purchases while in transit, including damage related to extreme heat or cold. You are entitled to a refund solely for breakage or if your package is lost by the carrier while in transit but only if insurance was specifically requested and purchased by you.
