Description: Up for auction is a used professional Chauvet wood full conservatory oboe. This oboe is not currently in playable condition and needs new pads and corks or professionally overhauled/restored for optimal performance. This oboe has a third octave key, a left hand F key, an alternate C key, a split ring key and a Bb bell key. There are scratches throughout from normal use and the tarnished silver plated keys have minor wear with approximately 80% of plating intact. There is a visible crack on the bell section near the metal socket end. Included is a used oboe case which is fine for shipping(interior is intact with no strong odors, latches do not catch, exterior has some wear and tape). The pictures provided are considered as part of the description and this is being sold in "as-is" condition. This has the potential to be a real gem with some TLC!!
