Light Transfer Type This transfer type is suitable for white fabrics, or light colors. Any whitespace in your image turns transparent when applied to the fabric. Light color fabrics such as pastels may still be visible behind the printed areas. Light transfers are applied face-down to the fabric (paper carrier faces up). After heat has been applied, the paper carrier sheet is pulled up away from the fabric. Dark Transfer Type This transfer type is suitable for any color fabric. Whitespace is your image does not turns transparent. You must trim away any whitespace with scissors. This transfer is peeled away from the paper carrier and placed onto the fabric. You must use a sheet of parchment paper between the transfer and iron.
