It is in very nice condition, with just basic minimal storage wear like light surface scratches or rubbing and light edge wear on the jacket. The upper front left corner does have some crinkling on the dust jacket, but nothing major I see. I took an up close photo of it, but it came out a bit blurry. It can be seen otherwise though.It is approximately 7.1 x 1.1 x 10.5 inches. If exact measurements are needed, please message me.
