Description: Early 1900s Hershey's Cocoa Tin Antique Hershey's Breakfast Cocoa 1/5 LB RARE VERY old and RARE 1900's Hershey's Cocoa tin with paper label that is difficult to find. This tin is one of the first cocoa tin designs manufactured by Hershey's. This style is prior to when they started using oz measurements on the tin. The tin itself is in very good condition, but the paper label shows wear because of it's age. The front displays the image of the cherub in a cocoa bean which is iconic for the older Hershey Cocoa tins. The top is embossed with the name, Hershey's Cocoa. The side panels have the instructions and information about Hershey's. In 1981, Hershey released a promotional coin bank that copied this original cocoa tin design. Length 2.5” Height 4” Depth 1.5”
