Description: This listing is for a piece of antique clothing recently purchased from the deaccession sale of our local historical society. This is an early Victorian bustle skirt made of pleated black silk that is lined with black cotton and trimmed around the hem with black velvet. It hooks at the waist. Measurements:Length-- 39". Waist--24" around.Hips-42". Condition: Poor. There are lots of holes, tears and damage. The fabric is deteriorating and fragile. There is fraying around the hem and waist. See close up photos.
