Artist was born in 1913 and died in 2013 and was the art director for "We The People" magazine. He founded his own advertising agency in PA and had several exhibitions as a working artist during his lifetime. There is a small smudge on the piece that I have circled on the last photo. Rare find. Unable to locate many of his works online.
