Denison Company 1845-55 1" tongue closed tote moulding plane. There is the name John Denison, Saybrook & owner name J.C. Daniels on toe and the owner name & number 1" on heel. The heavy duty NEWBOLT cutter measures 8" L x 1-1/4" W. It has some pitting, dings, rust and could use sharpening.The plane measures 11-1/2" X 1-5/8" x 3-1/2" H. The plane has scars, stains and dings from use and toolbox. The wedge is original and in good shape. Weighs 1.5oz.
