Description: GI Issue Woodland PONCHO LINER, Very Nice This GI poncho liner is in great shape. It has all eight of the tie cords and no little burn marks like they always seem to have when I find them. It doesn't look like it was used much, if at all. They did use a piece of tape to roll it up and secure it and there is tape stickiness in the center on the edge of the poncho liner. I took close-ups of it in some of the photos, but you can't see stickiness.
