Description: Circa 1930s Hohner Marine Band No. 1896 Harmonica, C Key, Antique, With Box, Works This harmonica instrument is old, but it's in really good shape. I had a local music shop owner look it over and make sure that it works. He liked it and said that it has a old Blues type of sound. He said that the star that is on one of the two metal handles means that the instrument was probably made around the 1930s. I think it's in great condition for how old it's supposed to be. It looks like it must not have been played very much. It has a Marine Band type box included. The new ones are plastic. This old box is made of cardboard. Please look at the photos for signs of its age that may not be to your liking. Sold as is. Thank you for looking!
