Description: Holy Land Roman Empire Glass Pendant 20" & Earring Sterling Silver Blue Handmade This is a handcrafted Holy Land / Roman Empire glass pendant and earring set created in sterling silver. The pendant measures 1 3/4" long hanging from the sterling silver figaro style chain. The chain is 20" long. The matching earrings measure 2" top to bottom. The drop length is 1 1/4" x 1/4" wide. The glass is blue in color and is set with sterling silver end caps. This glass is a fragment of two-thousand year old ancient Roman glass that was found in archeological sites in the Holy Land. It originates from the time when the Land of Israel was part of the Roman Empire. The glass has aged appearance that is unique with sun stain and pitting to glass.
