Please email with any questions. this phone was working on a Sprint network it is a Windows phone I would still be using it had I not switch over to AT&T the phone has been factory reset boots up and works as it should this is one of the first smartphones out I do not have the original battery nor do I have the original battery cover this has the oversized battery with the oversized battery cover which has a small chip on it just on the battery cover as shown in the photograph it does still Snap-on and hold a battery in I have taken pictures of the stylist as well this is one of the first touch screen phones you can use the stylus or your finger tip plus it has the slide out keyboard I used to love this, and wish I could still use it as a backup it was the biggest phone out back then. The phone itself is in good used working condition there are no cracks in the screen and no chips anywhere on the actual phone other than the battery cover the scream has a few light marks on it as shown in the photographs it also comes with a aftermarket belt clip protective carrying case shown in the photo as well brand new wire unopened in package along with charger I'm going to miss this phone every now and then I opened up and turn it on and look at old photos that were stored in it but I just did a factory reset so those photos for all on my new phone .
