The set is from the 1960s and is true vintage, making it a rare find! The luggage set is complete with all keys, and each piece has multiple features such as extra compartments and tie-down straps. This hard shell vintage luggage set is perfect for anyone looking for a retro travel experience! Damage: this set is an excellent vintage condition! There are scuff marks on the exterior on each piece however it is consistent with a luggage set that is over 60 years old. A couple of the suitcases have minor stains and couple tears in the fabric however all items are fully functional, lockable and work as originally intended. The make up train case appears to have not been used previously as it includes the original cardboard insert from the manufacturer as well as the envelope that held the key! The handles of the three suitcases and make up train cases are of a firm rubber type material and appear to be a bit ashy and dry however, there is NO cracking or pealing, and the ashy appearance could likely be remedied with a oil conditioner.
