Description: The IR Klingon Bungee kayak spray skirt is great for serious playboating and intermediate river running. It has an apron style bungee assembly that seals even poorly designed cockpit rims making this a great playboating skirt as well as offering a tenacious grip for difficult whitewater. Apron skirts feature extra neoprene extending past the bungee that helps fill-in cockpit rim flaws and is usually much drier than standard skirts. Typical apron skirts, though, have the bungee sewn right on top of a flat neoprene deck, and as a result can be difficult to get on. If your rim is in-between sizes, tighter will be drier, but harder to put on. If you are running class IV or harder whitewater, IR typically recommends tighter.
