Please note the following: 1) scooter needs a new battery as the old battery does not hold a charge. 2) upgraded front wheel to a solid wheel to avoid flats. Please see picture. Back wheel is default inner tube wheel. 3) missing tab cover for where the charger connects to the scooter. It does not affect charging. It charges fine without the tab.
