This was an Amazon exclusive available in 2008 and includes original slip, book shaped case, art prints, satchel, and a special clasped edition of the actual book. Set is in good to very good overall condition as shown - the book itself is in excellent shape as it has been so well protected but the satchel and outer case, however the case has a decent amount of wear to edges and spine hinge with some loss of faux leather material in these places.
