More Things in Heaven, John Brunner, 1973 Dell Books, Vintage Paperback, 1/1 SC "The Astronauts Must Not Land" was published in 1963 as a short story. The short story was expanded into "More Things in Heaven", and later released in 1973 as a novel. This appears to be the first edition, first printing of that novel in paperback format. The book is in excellent condition with only cosmetic damage, and a blue/green tint to the page block. The back cover has some creasing along the top left side, and there is a very small dog-ear in that corner. Evidence of dust on exterior pages does slightly mute coloration. Pages sit firmly in binding, cursory examination reveals no underlined or outlined passages, and nothing written in the interior outside the author and publisher's text. It is possible this book was never read, only stored in a dry place with evidence of dust. There is a mild but perceivable warp, it looks as though the book could have been carried for an extended period of time in a pocket. The book is in very good condition for its age, it's readable, and the cover is quite collectible, apart from the unique shade on exterior page edges. 221 Pages.
