Description: The Beverly Hills Pool Signed Art Print 11 x 14 This is a print of an original watercolor of the glamorous Beverly Hills Hotel Pool. This famous hotel has had many Hollywood Star guests, including Charlie Chaplin and Marilyn Monroe! The city of Los Angeles was built around the hotel, which was built in 1912. This watercolor print measures 11 X 14. It is signed in pencil by the artist, Kristi Diaz (now Kristi Jones), and is dated on the bottom right. The edition number and title is indicated on the bottom left. This print, made from a card stock paper in matte white, will easily fit into an 11 x 14 inch standard size frame. This print will come in a plastic sleeve and will be shipped with care between two thick card boards with tracking information. Watermark will not appear on the watercolor. About the artist: Kristi Jones (formerly Kristi Diaz) was raised by artistic parents, both having art degrees. Her father has placed (numerous times) in the top tenth percentile in state and federal duck stamp art contests, and her mother has sold work at a local gallery. Kristi studied art at the New Orleans Academy of Fine Arts (NOAFA), and is also self-taught. She has sold work at local shows and galleries, and has exhibited in shows in New Orleans and in northwest Caddo Parish, including Centenary College's Meadows Museum of Art and Artspace in downtown Shreveport. In 2011, she was awarded a visual arts grant from the Shreveport Regional Arts Council (SRAC). In 2015, 29 paintings were commissioned, many of which now hang in the University Medical Center, the new hospital that replaced the Charity Hospital in New Orleans.
