The first photo shows a similar item that has already sold. This Flights of Fancy Hot Air Balloon clutch was made by Kate Spade. It is new with its attached tag, but lacks a care card and dust bag. Please see the last photo for the measurements and other details. As with any item, even new, there may be tiny scratches and other marks in various places. Of note, the handle has creasing, and a small break in the leather there. This is from the bag being carelessly hung from the strap over a prolonged period. Also, there are minute dark specs at various places on the leather, and possibly tiny scratches/other marks on the metal framework. No other issues or defects noted.
