Description: Calvin Coolidge Button - Keep Cool with Cal Coolidge for President - This is an interesting little collectible. Not only is it a promo for Farrell's Ice Cream Parlour, but the inside lists Union Label Local 115 Shop No 2 and a design encompassed by a circle. Initially I thought this button was distributed when President Coolidge was running for election. However, thanks to another ebayer, they alerted me to the fact it was an advertisement from the 1960s. From some research, I've since learned that that Farrell's Ice Cream Parlour opened in 1963 so I've revised the listing and adjusted the price downward a bit. The front side of the button is in Very Nice condition with good color with very readable text on the outer edges ("Farell's Ice Cream Parlour" and "Campaign Headquarters"). The back side - as shown in the images - is rusty but the raised text is readable. It measures approx. 1" in diameter. Additional scans and/or details can be provided if needed.
