Description: 1928 KGV 4½d Violet Small Multi W/mark, perf 13½ Smallish hinge remnant Great colour and perfs but it centred high left.Note that there is a slight grubby mark above the crown which may be due to a dirty thumb. It shows much clearer in the scan than under a glass and not at all to the naked eye. Also has three small spots on otherwise nice gum as per the scan of the back so is reduced considerably from its CV of $70.00. Otherwise a fresh and clean stamp. I may not be the cheapest on ebay but all my items are post free in Australia and postage is always combined for overseas so you'll finish up saving heaps buying more than one lot at a time against those offering lower priced items with "discounted" postage.
